Guest guest Posted January 17, 2008 Report Share Posted January 17, 2008 It's the social dynamic, and ideally you want both. And we Aspies can't just get hung up on the perfect, logical solution. If it's good enough, if there's now a team, and if there's short-cycle feedback so that adjustments can be made as we go down the road, then we might want to roll with good enough. I've learned so much from the books on politics by Jack Germond and Jules Witcover. They covered each presidential election from 1980 to 1992. Among other things, and these are my own words, you can't be a leader if you're too far ahead of people.
