global reimbursement - evaluation

I know this has come up before, just cannot seem to locate the

discussion. If anyone would care to respond again that would be great!

This is regarding kidney transplant evals, where there is a global

arrangement - the evaluation phase must be billed to the payer.It seems

I recall that patient coinsurance and deductible amounts can be

processed through the OACC without that being considered a violation of

our contract with the payer.
