What are signs of viral die off and when to expect it to start?

Right now I am at 3 drops three times per day. Working up slowly. When should I start to see signs of viral die off and what are symtoms of viral die off besides the rash that I have read about?Dana and Garrett, just turned 4, SCD 2 yearsCeliac, ASD, Speech and Motor Apraxia, sensory processing disorder

30-40 drops 3 times a day is equivelant to 2 pills 3 times a day.
