Should OLE be dosed on an empty stomach or with food?

Has anyone heard of loose bowel movements when starting OLE? (next

morning after starting the night before)

I dont think it matters whether OLE is taken on empty/full stomach.

But it needs to be taken away from probiotics.

Loose stools can be one of 2 things : die off or intolerance.

My son has to take OLE with Phenol Assist as OLE is high in phenols and he has phenol intolerance.Without the Phenol Assist he has loose stools.
