FREE -- Anonymous Survey For Patient Satisfaction! Its great!

Here is an easy free online survey that patients can

complete so you

know how they really feel. An econ professor sat next to me on the way

home from NYC and he raved about it. So I went to surveymonkey.com

and it took me 10 minutes to register and create my 6 question survey

which I just sent to my patients. Within a few hours I had 27 responses

and here is what I learned.

1. How was your last appt with Dr. Wible? (mult choice)

Poor 3.7%

Good 7.4%

Great 33.3%

Fantastic 51.9%

2. How is your care overall with Dr. Wible?

Poor 0%

Good 7.7%

Great 34.6%

Fantastic 57.7%

3. What do you love most about your care? (essay)

(they wrote stuff like this)

Feels like I'm visiting a friend who happens to be a MD

Accessibility! That she was willing to come in at short

notice to help with a minor child emergency so that the

child did not have to spend hours at urgent care

Friendliness of Dr Wible and easily accesible location,

with lots of fun and useful ideas, too, about improving

one's helth overall...

4. What could make your next visit better than ever?

Not being the anxious, depressed person I tend to be,

which I'm working on.

Expert knowledge regarding care for transsexuals

If she told me she would take medicare

There isn't anything. She constantly is trying to

improve her practice

5. What do you hare about your care? Anything get on your nerves?

Riverbend Hospital. It totally sucks, it's

intimidating, and I'll do

just about anything to avoid going there for any form of care.

I think I'd rather go to Portland.

Sometimes I feel hurt when Dr. Wible is really straightforward

or talks about her stuff.

I really like the model - small, affordable, friendly, real, connected.

At Dr. Wible's office, I know I'm a human, not a number. I know it

is not just my health that's important, it's me - I am important,

as an individual. That is precious. It's also good medicine.

Dr. Wible is the GREATEST. She should be cloned!!!

I'm thrilled with your approach, and telling everyone I know about it!

Dr. Wible makes it a point to serve those in the population that

would otherwise, " fall through the cracks " for health care.
