Certain forms of B vitamins also make my son super stimmy. You would think I would have considered this when I gave him a blueberry drink that looked great and had lots of B's in it. (I just saw all the thiamine and thought it would be great to give him). Well he had to sippy's yesterday of it and was a stimmy maniac at the party we went to later on. He did not stop the entire time we were there. He did his usual stims with the ceiling fan and the tv and was running back and forth like a madman. I was so upset with myself for not thinking about the other B's in the drink and how they had affected him in the past. I hope it's out of his system today!

He's on the GF/CF diet since April and he takes Zyrtec, a probiotic and an enzyme in the morning. We just took him off juice also. His stims consist of ripping paper and with anything that dangles.> > What does everyone else do for stims? Any sug
