Guest guest Posted June 21, 2008 Report Share Posted June 21, 2008 I was putting mine in a small warmer/cooler bag.. with a hot water bottle- for the night time.. zipped up it kept it quite warm.. mine would ferment in 24-30 hours max.. with just a small amount of fizz. > > If you have oven with light in it you can put your kefir there in glass only and just to have light on, not oven itself, it will give you temperature at about 90 F and that is perfect, see if it helps > Natalia > Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
