What treatment is for Bacteria in Stan approach?

In Stan approach, I understood that viruses, bacteria and yeast need

To be addressed at the same time.

I already started Diflucan for the yeast (100 mg), and I will start

Valterx for the viruses next week (250 mg 3 times away).

What treatment is for Bacteria?

Is it the probiotics (my son is taking Probiogold (1 cap), and one bag

of ThreeLac " both are from Kirkman " )?

My son is 5 yo (35#).
