Guest guest
" How Can I Talk If My Lips Don't Move " - An incredible book written by teenage Tito Mukhopadhyay, diagnosed with severe autism at the age of three, shares with the world his views on life and living with autism. Tito clearly dispels the belief that nonverbal autistics are unable to communicate and learn. Though nonverbal, Tito gives an inside look at autism and how the autistic mind works through his essays, poems and humor. Tito also provides insight of what his mother did in his younger years to teach him how to communicate and learn. I wish I would have read this book for insight and perspective when my child was 2. Purchase his book at " HALO's " website on the link below - where you can also learn more about other highly intelligent people with autism who are learning and communicating using the groundbreaking Rapid Prompting Method (RPM). http://www.halo-soma.org/store.php?sess_id=b5eb21003cef471a3137484636ba3406
