Yet another diarrhea question--please help!

My boys have been on the SCD diet for 5 weeks now and they have been on

Valtrex for 4 weeks and Nizoral for 5 weeks. I was initially seeing

some mild gains with the Nizoral (50 mg/mL x 2/day) but noticed my

eczema kid was flared up really bad. So I increased both kids' Nizoral

to 100 mg/ml x 2 per day about 1 week ago. They are acting soooo

horrible and both have smelly, bad diarrhea several times a day. My 3

year old is regressing a bit and acting VERY aggressive. My 4 year old

is throwing things, yelling, and falls apart very easily. He was

consitpated before diet now lots of diarrhea. I am seeing gains, but

this is the worst they have been yet!

My question is is this die-off of gut bugs, Clostridia overgrowth

growing out of control or both? Help me!
