Guest guest
Hello fellow kombuchini's I just decanted my first brew and I have to say it was really really good. But now I have MORE questions 1) the baby was really thin, any idea why this might be? I left it in for 8 days. I just put them both back in for the next brew. 2) it was still really sweet tasting, I think that is because of the summer berry tea I put in with it. The guy I got it from recommended I do that, but I have since read that it isn't a good idea so my second brew is without the tea and is currently starting. I decided that if I am going to flavour it to just do it afterwards. 3) there was no fizz, is that normal? Should there be fizz? 4) when I store it in the fridge should I cover it? I have it in a glass juice jug right now with an open top. 5) are there any signs that tell me if I made a good brew. I drank some and I can sort of feel it in my throat still, but it was delicious. Thanks for all the advice and help Namaste
