Just so you know in Florida we have a 3 bedroom house,

15 mins from the beach and inter coastal, on 1 acre of

land. We pay $1,000.00 a year in property tax, no car

tax, no heating bills. Because we are so close to the

ocean we have a wonderful breeze that keeps our house

comfortable up until July so we really only need the

air on 3 months out of the year and most times we can

open windows at night. I probably have used the heat

10 times in the 6 years I have been here. Mortgage is

PIF as are cars and no CC bills sooo our basic monthly

living expenses are $450.00 per month ie cable, phone

etc.

The hard part was leaving all my life time friends and

family and especially the Grand kids. Hey you gotta do

what you gotta do What good is life and money if

all you do is hand it over to someone else instead of

traveling and seeing the world.
