Guest guest
Esther, We will certainly pray that this is temporary but if not - we will pray that you and Mom are given the strength to accept this. You have both faced so much over the years that I wish you did not have to face any additional problems. I know you will both deal with this as well as everything else you have faced together. Your Mom is one very special lady. Pat At 12:10 AM 04/11/2000 -0400, you wrote: >Hi All, > Went Friday for the Urodynamics test on my bladder. It showed that my >bladder is not functioning well. Guest guest
Esther, The test being inconclusive gives hope that this is temporary. I'm sorry your questions weren't answered, but glad it wasn't a definate result showing any permanent problems. My prayers are with you and your mom to continue coping with whatever happens. a ----- Original Message ----- From: " Esther & Carol " <cheerios2@...> < onelist> Sent: Tuesday, April 11, 2000 12:10 AM Subject: [ ] Test Results > Hi All, > Went Friday for the Urodynamics test on my bladder. Guest guest
Esther, I hope this problem is over for you and your Mom very soon. You have been through so much that I hate to see you have to endure any more. I'll be praying that your bladder " shapes up " very soon and starts doing its job. If that is not to be, I will certainly pray for your acceptance. This is a hard one for me, also, acceptance, so I will pray extra-hard for you tonight. Guest guest
Ester, I sure hope your bladder improves. I just can't imagine what you are going through and i think you are so brave. Everyone one of you that suffers the way you do and the way jesse does breaks my heart and i wish i could just make it go away for you. I know that must be how your mom feels cause i feel that way with . This is an emotional day for me so i am gonna stop before i start to cry. Hoping you get better real soon. Guest guest
...your test results look a lot like my son's...he had elevated glyceric, suberic and hippuric too. Did someone suggest that the elevated hippuric was a marker for lead exposure? I spoke to Dr. Shaw, and he mentioned the possibility of toluene exposure. One thing I did was remove a waterproof mattress pad with a (still smelly after 2 years) vinyl backing. I haven't remeasured 's organic acids yet, however, his morning behavior improved MARKEDLY as soon as the mattress pad was removed. He used to wake up very angry and aggressive; now he's sleepy, but okay. By the way, my son is very lead, antimony and probably mercury poisoned.. Could you possibly let me know if someone mentioned lead exposure to you, and in what context? Thanks, and best regards,

Guest guest
Your kid sure looks like he/she is under oxidative stress and toxic. The HHV 6 titer is up so do not be surprise if he recomends Zovirax (acylovar-antiviral) for a trial to see if symptoms get better. The thyroid is depressed as well. Please email me of post the rest and his recomendations as well. My kids had elevated HHV6 titers too and lead and mercury and copper(Does Dr Goldberg test for metals other than lead?) Best wishes, I heard alot of good things from patients who tried his treatments. I do not know how up he is on non lead toxins and chelation though. keep us informed. Guest guest
<< t4 free calculated 1.7 reference 1.8-3.8 >> Did the doc at least talk about hypothyroidism or is it up to you to deal with that on your own too? It doesn't interfere with chelation but it will help a lot to correct it.
Guest guest
No with all the abnormal test results the doctor said NOTHING, but a friend of mine who is a pediatrician and has an autistic child so is a little more aware, says that usually what the low level means is RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT he is not hypothyroid, but is in DANGER of becoming hypothyroid, especially if he has old test results where levels were better than they are now. She also told me his blood cell counts with the anemia were significant not only because of anemia which she is the first doctor EVER to tell me is from his malabsorption but his white blood cell count was low normal which she says he could just be in a good cycle now , but one good swing could put him into neutropenia, again ESPECIALLY if levels were better before. Guest guest
hi > 3. Ketones > > were in my urine. She wants me to take another test to double check. What does this mean? Does it mean I could be at risk for diabetes? I of course don't remember what exactly I ate the day of the test... > Do you follow a reduced carb way of eating? If most of the calories in your diet come from protein, fat, and veggies, then you will be producing ketones as a by product of burning your body fat - which is great!
