Thanks everyone for your responses. I learned a lot...I will try at a

smaller dose. She doesn't have trouble falling asleep, just staying

asleep.... I will also look into taurine...:-) tara

That was alsways gut stuff for Matt - yeast, bacteria, or acid

reflux...with requests for LOTS of water bc his throat hurt/burned...DI-
