I am launching my new web site, and I am putting a link to

HYH but how do you it? I have looked on the site and they talk about doing it

but there are no instructions. I looked in my saved IMP messages about HYH and

I can’t figure it out.

tell your other doc to go to idealmedical practices.org and register

Then she gets a number ,an IMP number so the HYH results can be

sent to her( and sucked into The Great Data Pool)

Then I find out who she is Then I email her and check on her Then we put

her in a cohort then she has to come to camp then she does great work then we

know about her ,then ...

:)

I am excited, I have the

HYH on my website and it's working. How do I set up my other doc so her

patients can HYH and she can get it?

OH for pete's sake You are making me work VERY VERY hard Ellsworth:)Yep you need to have two becasue( uh not being one who has a website or anything) the link has the IMP password embedded in it ,yes ? So each doc needs a link becasue each doc needs a password yes, so each doc can get their own data yes?

Do I have to come down there??:) I would say ,and I have not looked at your presumably lovely web site ,that you woudl set it up like " Dr Ellsworth's patients click here ,Dr Also wonderful patient's click here

waddya think?jean

Okay- I have the link on the website- but

2 providers. How does the patient send data to one or the other provider? Do I

need 2 separate HYH links?

Each HYH code is unique. You can have one code for the practice or you can have one code for each provider. I recommend the latter. If you do that, then you'll need to be very clear with patients, steering them to the correct code. When I practiced alongside Lee in NY, we had signs posted in the (three chair and rarely used) waiting room:

HowsYourHealth access code for Dr is __________-

HowsYourHealth access code for Dr.Lee is____________

You should then do this on the web site as well.
