Funny that you mention the " drama " aspect -- our 4-year old also likes to re-enact things, especially falling down. It all sounds like good news to me! " She replied, " No. Rocks don't sing! " The son then looked up, astonished, " It stopped. " The mom was mortified at what she had done. IF there is a problem it will reveal itself over time as a problem...for now PLAY and thank God your kid can do this with you...join in the fun and bond. If there is a gut issues causing weirdness you will fingure that out over time and then you can address it and heal. Wish my son were talking to the eggs,the flowers, and us ! Woo woo.
