After the 6th week of B12 Shots, should we do something different?

Everyone, I need you share your experiences with me on B12 shots after you enter the end of 6th week. Per Dr. Nuebrender's article, the first 6 weeks of B12 shots is one stage, and then what will happen after that? Did your DAN doctor change anything or add anything to yoru B12 shot treatment after entering the 7th week? My DAN doc wanted me to increase B12 shots frequency from one shot every 3 days to one shot every other day... I am still hesitate to do so. My son is more stimming, more anxious after B12 shots treatment started, and he has trouble falling asleep ( too much energy), now my DAN wanted me to increase the frequency of shots, not sure about it, what do you thing?
