Guest guest
If they drag their feet on getting you the UHC contract, I would...Tell them you are reporting them to the State Insurance Commisioner. Are you sure you even have a contract with them? If you were signed up where you were employed before, you may not even be signed up with them under your current Tax ID...and therefore have no legal contract with them. Of course, if you push that -- maybe they will say you were paid erroneously and ask for all their money back and have you bill the patients separately. Just some thoughts. Just got back a letter from them that I have to see their patients until 4/16/2009??? Of course the contracts that I had signed were done several years ago when I was employed somewhere else and I don't have copies. I have asked them to send me copies of the contract but have to say, I thought 90 days would have been plenty of time. Not sure where they are getting 7 months from- was hoping to be rid of them by the New Year!Margaret Coughlan
