Having used Praxis for about a week now, I¹d say it¹s not the easiest EMR to learn to use. It approaches the whole concept of a SOAP note differently, and it takes awhile to get used to it. Lots of people have commented that there is a steep and difficult learning curve with Praxis, and I would definitely agree with that. I still think I¹m going to end up being happy with it. I thought eMD¹s was pretty good. I thought Epic was easy to learn, but made a horrible looking note. Soapware also seems pretty straightforward, although it has really limited functionality.
