Hi from Sue,

Re: dosage for your child... I would agree with Shanon

about going slowly.. a teasp. or Tblsp at a time.. and

working up to the dosage on the bottle...or if you have

access to a ND. or specialist..

to help determine the dose per muscle testing.

NOTE:: BTW --- It doesn't go bad as was concerned

about... even if the Fizz is no longer there... Donna

made that comment on some news at one time.

Fermented foods tend to last MONTHS --so no worry

about drinking it fast.

Also Note: They taste like a cross between

beer, champagne and VINEGAR... & takes awhile to

like them..

They ( Cocoboitic and Don Quai) are both fizzy...

as was mentioned yesterday

so be VERY careful..not to shake the bottle too hard.

It says GENTLY shake....and even though I did that

When I opened it (more than one time)..it spued out

like champagne...so be prepared to do it over the sink

just in case...LOL...

Now I put a clean bowl in the sink..in order to catch

any fizz that overflows...especially when the bottles

are nearly FULL...and newly opened & the first few servings.

BELOW are a few links about others using them.

....or just google Cocobiotic from body ecology

to make them come up.

AND NOTE : the LivAmend supp...

shown in the second link...muscle tests

just slightly better for us

than Liver Life. from Bioray...

Thanks Sue,I am just starting to understand the muscle testing, so would a child need the same amount? recommends starting small and working up, my son weighs 38 pounds. How do I know when to increase the dose? Thanks so much>> Hi..from Sue,> > I muscle test on the average..needing about 2 oz.twice per day...of Cocobiotic or Don Quai > from Body Ecology.. We buy both and alternate them. Even though I prefer liquids over pills> we also alternate with Dr. Mercola's "Complete Probiotics".. rotating them> with others on occasion like Primal Defense...as needed... per muscle testing...but the liquids --we use the most.... Others are good for travel or for rotation.> > 12c. > Re: Has anyone tried Coco-biotic from BED? .

I have used it and we had good results. You can give them as much as they will drink. You want to finish it up within a couple of days to a week as it loses its fizz and goes bad. It is expensive stuff. Also for the person who looked at the ingredients and said there were things on their like malt that wasn't on his diet; read the disclaimer at the bottom right about how it being fermented changes things and even a celiac (which I am) can drink it safely. I tried it first and never had a reaction, also my son is very sensitive he will have seizures, rash and all sorts of problem with the slightest hint of gluten and he had good results with this and no reaction. I really want to get some young coconuts and make my own coconut kefir. Still in search for good coconuts. I did manage to find some 2 hours away from me (I live in a small town) at an asian market. ---------------------------------Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.

Hi!I freaked out about the cocobiotic too. Evidently they start withthose grains, but the final product tests clean of them. My son ismodified SCD (no grains) but we added cocobiotic back in and areseeing good things. (I am trying to make my own yck again this week.)When we first tried cocobiotic last summer, it helped my son's gut somuch that he potty trained in a few weeks.Just my two cents,
