We live in such a fast paced hestic world and the bottom line is that it is by our choice. We run and overlook so much. We make so much time for others but rarely for ourselves. The perverbial hampster on the wheel, constantly running but not getting anywhere. All of life's answers lie within the silence and the stillness. The harder we look, the less we see. The more we force ourselves to learn, the more we forget. Stop, take a breath, and fall into life, instead of simply being of it. As complex as the world has gotten, all is still acquired within simplicity. A postnote; it is common to say that tomorrow is not guaranteed. A more profound truth is that our mext heartbeat isn't. Dear Randy,

Oh, did I laugh at the part of " crap, I will be even more

late " , it is so me at times. I don't always give myself enuf time to

do what I need to do. And especially the greatest thing I need to do

of all, as you so eloquently mentioned, slow down and take time for

myself. Yes, our next heartbeat is not guaranteed. You always give

me something to think about. Remind me to slow down, " smell the

roses " , write your amazing poetry and it truly is a great blessing to

read your posts! Thank you for this one, I got a chuckle and a

beautiful " lesson reminder of take it easy " also, my friend!
