Guest guest
I thought I'd make a quick list of some of the main things that we did that I noticed helped A LOT when was in his worst stage (so far anyway) of development. (in no particular order but things I feel helped 's mood and development a lot) 1. Cutting out milk 2. Increasing sensory play and exploration 3. Allowing him many breaks with calming activities throughout the day. 4. Letting him fall asleep with a soft light on and his favorite music EVERY night. 5.Following his lead and avoiding things that caused stress in him as well as bringing in as many things related to his obsessions as possible. 6. Starting an anti-anxiety medication at age 7 helped a lot with his overall mood and willingness to experience new things. I'm sure there are more but those are the first things I thought of. kandie
