Dear , the Dharmacist,

Thank you so very much for your encouraging message about

taking care of my mind, body and soul. I have noticed many of our

brothers and sisters have so much wonderful advice. I really need to

get in gear and heed that sage advice. Much love and light to you

and all whom are posting so many ways to be healthy and feel better!

Also, I have added to my agenda of must read and learn about is

Spirulina. This is something I have not heard of. And 65%

protein!! That will certainly help out with my lack of energy
