Guest guest
I've heard several on the list say how happy they are with the Elephant Ear Washer. From the photo -- what is the difference between the EEW and a 60cc syringe w/ an angiocath on the end to flush the ear? Seems like both are just giving a stream of water into the ear. Is there something unique about this particular setup? http://www.doctor-easy.com/id25.htm Here is the Elephant Ear Washer. Notice the long flexible hose. At the end of this hose is a clear vinyl shield to prevent backwash. Also, notice the small sized soft, disposable tip at the distal end that allows it to access the ear canal with ease and comfort. Here is the ELEPHANT EAR WASHER in use! Notice how the patient is comfortably holding the ear basin, while the physician is able to clean the ear canal with ease.
