He has kept M'care because of his disability, but received a letter from M'care stating that it has been 36 months and his I/S coverage has ended. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that if the pt remained M'care eligible because of disability that Part B would continue to cover the I/S meds? Thanks for any feed back.
