here's a link. you could probably use vance's in place of milk powder. could switch out the corn starch for potato or tapioca starch if you are corn free.

Can anyone make pudding with Almond Milk or anything non-dairy?

My son loves pudding and we had to take it away due to non-dairy. Does anyone know any good non-dairy pudding substitutes? No-dairy, eggs or soy for us? ANy recipes to share? Thanks for all the help!! My son can have rice milk or Almond milk. We tried the VANCES Darifree and he didn't like it but I wonder if I can make a pudding from it??

I also make a really good pudding with avocados, chocolate, vanilla and stevia. My son loves it! You can add nut milk to make it smoother.

Buy some sweet rice flour and use that to thicken the chocolate almond milk. Just add whatever you choose in te way of sweeteners and extra chocolate to half of a container of the chocolate almond milk warm over low heat. Mix a little bit of the warmed (not hot) milk to a couple of tablespoons of the sweet rice flour in a cup.blend that into the ot almond milk , stir til it starts to ticken and remove from eat. My kids friends used to come over just to get some wen they were small :) Palmer wrote: I also make a really good pudding with avocados, chocolate, vanilla and stevia. My son loves it! I tried the avocado pudding but it wasn't a hit in my house. :(

I use Vance's Dairifree for this recipe, but you can use any milk

substitute and it will turn out great!

Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups milk substitute

3 tablespoon cornstarch (can substitute tapioca or potato)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup maple syrup or more to taste (I use ph's sugar-free

Maple Syrup)

1/4 cup cocoa powder

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients (except bananas) together in a pot, over medium

heat, stirring constantly until pudding thickens. Pour or spoon into

ramekins or small bowls and refrigerate. Serves four.
