OT: Open farm day at a sheep/hobby/CSA farm

Hello all...

We are happy to annouce our second Open Farm Day and the launch of our

farm share program next Sunday (May 4) at Harvest Haven Farm, located

about an hour south of the Twin Cities near Red Wing, MN.

WHEN-Sunday, May 4, 1-4 pm

WHERE-Harvest Haven Farm near Red Wing MN (on the WI side of the

Mississippi by Hager City)

WHAT-

--farm babies

--sheep care/spinning/wool carding demonstrations

--felting/knitting crafts (for kids and big people)

--preview of our first ever CSA season. CSA shares will include free

range eggs/chicken and of course lamb is available too!!

Come for at least two hours to visit the farm babies/animals, garden,

wool craft, sheep care and spinning demonstrations, etc. Homespun yarn

will be for sale and felted toys/animals.

Bring a snack/lunch. Beverages will be provided...

Cost is $5 per family for craft supplies...
