Thank you for many helpful advise you sent us. I just want to clarify that I

have no intention of firing her. Just wanted to know how others have dealt

with a situation like this. I must admit that I was shocked by this news

and I am not good at " surprises " !! But as always, things will work out.

Won't it??? ; )
