TAURINE is also highly beneficial for better SLEEP as per other sources...

and

this statement on the Great plains lab website...article on oxalates may be helpful.

bacteria is sandy and so is bile salts. they way to find out which it is, is to give taurine, if it darkens and smooths out you took care of the bile salts, if not then you have bacteria to tackelRecovering from Autism is a marathon NOT a sprint, but FULLY possible!
