NC CAP Cuts effective July 1st

Okay,

Here is the latest--

There's more reason than ever to go to the rally now. Dr. V. issued a memo

today informing that provider rates will be decreased 5% and CAP case management

will be decreased drastically by 25% on July 1st...this isn't proposed, but it

is to be effective on 7-1. CAP case management caseloads are expected to be 25

instead of 15 and case managers are already stressed to the max! I haven't

absorbed all the impact of these cuts yet. Will be meeting with Mental Health

on Monday to talk about it. This isn't good! There is really a call to action

for CAP now!!
