Guest guest Posted July 28, 2008 Report Share Posted July 28, 2008 Hi I saw that you are using raw honey for making kombucha. Do you use the same amount that you used when you made it with sugar? Also, since the water is boiled why use raw/ h who has discovered that I really like green tea kombucha and I have no idea what to do with so many scobys.
