Special room rate is in effect only until March 29, 2002. REGISTRATION INFORMATION Registration: Registrations will be accepted by mail only. Payment is only accepted in the form of check or money order. No Credit Cards accepted. Space is limited and reservations are accepted on a first come basis. We will attempt to accommodate all afternoon seminar requests, but each seminar is limited and preferences can only be assured by early registration. Registration Fee: Includes all conference events, meals, activities and handouts as listed in the published conference schedule. Hotel arrangements, evening meals and incidental charges are the responsibility of the individual. Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, there is a $50 fee up until 21 days prior to the conference. All cancellations within 21 days are subjected to a $100 fee. No refunds within ten days of the conference. All cancellations must be received in writing or by fax. No phone cancellations are accepted. PDP/CEU’s: A certificate of attendance will be given to conference participants who attend the entire conference. Hotel Information: A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a special conference rate of $85 per room per night. Reservations should be made directly with the Plymouth Sheraton, Plymouth, MA by calling 508-747-4900 and identify yourself as part of the conference. Exhibitor Information: Exhibit tables are available at a cost of $100/per day . Send exhibit fee plus conference fee to CMS along with attached registration form. Scholarship Information $99.00 Scholarships are available to any parent of an autistic child. Scholarships are limited and are given based upon early sign-up. If all scholarships have been allocated when your reservation is received, it will be processed with your $99 as a deposit and you will be billed for the remaining $100 fee.
