I get a 30 mL vial of cyano- for about $8. From the same supplier for table peper, tongue depressors. etc. Everyone sells it, don't know why you are having trouble. Also, write a RX to your practice and fill it at the pharmacy. Problem solved.

1. Endocervical Curettes. I am trying to order some Endocervical curettes and can¢t find the ones I used to use. They were made by Miltex, disposable, and had a 10cc syringe for suction. They are sending me samples of the endometrial one they have, but don¢t seem to make the endocervical anymore. Anyone doing ECC¢s and if so, what are you using?

2. B12. I need to order some injectable B12. At the integrative medicine course, they suggested hydroxocobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin. The Hydroxo is the precursor, and has been approved IV for antidote to cyanide poisoning, but I¢m having trouble finding a vial for IM injection. Anyone use that?

Thanks,

Sharon
