Guest guest
Hi ette, It's so nice to see so many Mums here with children close in age to my Chris. We have ended what I call the honeymoon phase and entered what his pediatrician calls, " the terrible twos at age seven " . It was a lot easier dealing with my oldest son's strides towards independence as he only weighed 30 lbs when he went through it and if he really pitched a fit (which thankfully wasn't too often), I would swoop him up and haul him to the car. is now closer to 50lbs and there is no " swooping " that boy up. More like lugging, dragging, pleading and praying. LOL. He is generally a most cooperative little guy, but when his stubborn streak rears it's ugly head...yikes. And I'm only 5'3 " !!
