Welcome Marilyn!

I'm in FL and my daughter Faith with DS is almost 11.

My other two "kids" are 25 and 29 and married. Faith is closer in age to her neices than her siblings!

Hi ette, It's so nice to see so many Mums here with children

close in age to my Chris. We have ended what I call the honeymoon

phase and entered what his pediatrician calls, " the terrible twos at

age seven " . It was a lot easier dealing with my oldest son's strides

towards independence as he only weighed 30 lbs when he went through

it and if he really pitched a fit (which thankfully wasn't too

often), I would swoop him up and haul him to the car.

is now closer to 50lbs and there is no " swooping " that boy up.

More like lugging, dragging, pleading and praying. LOL. He is

generally a most cooperative little guy, but when his stubborn streak

rears it's ugly head...yikes. And I'm only 5'3 " !!

Hi there and welcome!!

I have 4 children, 34,32,22, and last is 10, DS and quite the character!! Likes not forget my grandkiddos, 13,10,9, and 38 weeks as my daughter in law likes to say!!!

I don't comment very often but have learned a great deal and am able to pass it along to others.

I will be looking forward to hearing more about your family.
