Guest guest
Hi all, I am teaching the 561 course on Behavioral Consultation again in the second summer session at Temple University. Special education 561 is an excellent course for students who plan to work as a consultant, sit for the certification exam, or want an overview of the clinical field. This course covers: Behavioral Consulation, Behavioral Interviewing Techniques, Functional Analysis and Assessment, Stanardized Behavioral Assessment Intruments (such as the -McConnel Scale of Social Skills and Social Competence and the BASC), creating treatment interventions based on function and evaluating treatments. Other topics covered are Organiational Behavior Management and social skills training. If students are interested the course is listed in the course catologue.
