I don't think it would hurt the patients, depending on how you word the note. Start off with the words: "Good News! " Joanne Subject: Insurance confessionTo: Date: Wednesday, December 10, 2008, 2:21 PM My confession: I have taken to e-mailing patients after I have beensuccessful after spending hours and hours working to get their claimspaid for them -- in order to share the good news and congratulatethem.
