Guest guest
This is my 1st post here. I have a question for you all. My son has been in a very poor ABA program offered through the school sytem for the past 5 mths. He is 3 1/2 yrs old and has reaced a verbal stage since hiring a home consultant for a Verbal Behavior Program. The SS came to the training but refuses to modify their program to incorporate errorless teaching, mixing and varying and other consistency issues. They refuse to argue over " metodology " and say that if I don't except their cookie cutter approach of a program (that by the way my son made almost zero progress in, no goals met, no benchmarks met/mastered) that they are not able to meet his goals. When I argue that I will be giving him more 1 on 1, more success, and address the goals of the IEP. Any suggestions gang? Please help me! (My son is doing beautifully in the new VB progra
