Guest guest
Hi all, I am new to this group. I have a 5 year old son who is autistic and is undergoing ABA at home for the last 1 year. Although my son learns fast and he is pretty adjustable but we are faced with the problem of getting instructors who stick for long. His instructors either do not stay for long or often are irregular. I am not sure if this is the behavior of students in colorado or particularly the people we hire in fort collins/greely in CO. It is sad to see my son's time wasted waiting for instructor turn in on time. He will turn 5 this sept 18th and had very unlucky in getting reliable instructors. His progress is hampered by lack of sincerety among the teaching community here. We hire mostly students from the colorado state university and from private universities here in Fort . I am not sure how you all cope with this situation. what are the tips recommended to get them more interested in the course?. How do you make up for the lost time. thanks in advance for your replies sunil
