My kefir has gotten weird, can somebody help?

My kefir grains are producing kefir that is very thin, mostly whey with

tiny tiny curds floating in it. They also are not growing. It gets to

this state very quickly, less than 24 hours. My previous kefir, if left

too long, would seperate into thick curds on top with a layer of whey

at the bottom, now, it's all teeny tiny curds supsended in whey. Not

very good, how can I fix it? Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
