Guest guest
I know that Vince Carbone recommends this product for advanced learners... but, you have to be a distributor/reseller/whatever... I have not been successful w/ their obtaining info on their website as far as how to get it... Anyone here have any suggestions or are a distributor/reseller?? Thanks, Sue
Guest guest
Sometimes people sell used Direct Instruction materials on Ebay, but many times they are NOT complete kits. So, you will have to order the missing pieces which are usually the student worksbooks directly from SRA. I have bought some programs on Ebay and I have had mixed results. I know that it is all so expensive to order them new though. Also, training is a must as I have found out that I was not really doing the instruction that well for the past few months with my son. I just got back from taking two classes, Reading Mastery I and Language for Learning at the DI conference in Eugene, OR and that was an eye opener on what really good DI instruction can do and what it looks like. www.sra4kids.com is the SRA website. I think you have to order by phone and tell them you are a school or they might charge you even more and you don't want that to happen.
