Due Process in the State of Ohio - Cross Posted, sorry

if you've already seen it.

Hello all, and thanks in advance for your help. I would like to compile a quick

list of any fairly recent due process or federal victories in the state of Ohio

concerning children with autism.

I need to know approximately when, what school system, and if you know of any

negative remarks made by the hearing officer or judge toward the school system,

those too.

I don't need, and don't want any individual names. This information will be

shared, so please keep that in mind. Also, if you know of subsequent action

overturning or modifying the initial decision, please let me know that as well.
