After Flucanazole behaviour changed??

My son ( 4 years ) was on flucanazole ( 70 mg/day ) for 20 days.He turned to a different child during the last two weeks of the medication.Very low stimming, better engaging, and socialising.More than any thing, he started talking his first words ( spontaneous initiation of words )

After 2 days of completing the Flucanazole, his behaviour changed.Again we noticed that stimming, grunting, and hyperactivity increased.We are planning to see the DAN Dr. next month.

Can any one give some idea on this pls??
