The charge included specific suggestions to examine several issues pertaining to education of kids with ASD: early intervention, diagnosis and classification, the rights of children with autism under the IDEA, mainstreaming and Assistive technology. The committee's key conclusions and recommendations are summarized with complete conclusions and recommendation. This is a huge document which is well worth reading ....
