Winona, when I look up rich text, it says to use the HTML option with this

quote:

" When you use HTML formatting and the recipient's e-mail or news program does

not read HTML, the message appears as plain text with an HTML file attached. The

recipient can view the attached file by opening it in any Web browser. "

So, in Outlook Express (on a PC), I don't seem able to do what you are talking

about.

By the way, the link you gave was broken in my email.

You could try this:

Miscellaneous Files link

<iodine/files/90%20Miscellaneous%20\

Information/>

Go into the rich text editor - click on the hyperlink icon. There is

room to paste the hyperlink (however long it is) , then the next screen

allows you to give the link a name, which does not need to be long - and

this is what is displayed.

This should work for people with PC or Mac.
