Thanks to everyone for the great info and advice. I'm out in Northern

NJ probably considered one of those dead zones with high malpractice

cost, high cost of living and low reimbursement in addition to a

saturation of doctors. So I will be treading into this endeavor very

carefully. Seems like subletting a space would be the easiest route

rather than having to contend with zoning and building codes. Thanks

again for all the help.
