Ironically, while I love the ABBLS as a measure and graph to see what is needed and where, I don't think it is nearly precise enough, and anything can be called a curriculum if you want to or not. They obviously just don't want to follow it. Can you write the goals and objectives using the ABBLS language as much as possible, but without the numbers, etc. Maybe alter them just enough. I'd also write a letter and create a paper trail and ask what exactly is wrong with this goal or this objective letter, because of course in reality they are illegal if they say the objectives are too precise!
