We have a new patient who has Part B Medicare paid for by Oregon Medicaid, and a Managed MEDICAID plan for non-Part B services. She also has a Medicare PDP w/LIS. Since Medicare will not be the transplant payer, who is responsible for her immunos? The Managed Medicaid plan, or Medicare Part D???
