Hello all,

We are keeping registration open until Monday, April 29 on the Workshop with

Dr. Gerhardt. I would encourage everyone to attend, if possible. It should

be very informative, upbeat, and it is very reasonably priced. Below is the

details.

> The Autism Society of Greater Cincinnati is excited about our May 3, 2002

workshop by Dr. Gerhardt. It's titled " Who's Life is it Anyway? It's

Never Too Early " (Preparing the Child with ASD for Adulthood)

> Dr. Gerhardt, formerly with Rutgers, is Executive Director of Nassau

Suffolk Services for Autism in Levitown, NY. He is a nationally known

expert on tranistion planning as a lifetime process. An overview of skill

development across the life span in order to develop an increasingly

positive, individually determined quality of life will be covered.

> Dr. Gerhardt is a great presenter, very informative and humorous, as well.

>

> Registration begins at 8:00am. Workshop runs from 8:30 - 3:30pm. The

cost is only $25.00, which INCLUDES continental breakfast, Lunch and

mid-afternoon snack WOW!! We hope by keeping the cost minimal, everyone

who is interested will be able to attend. Location is Drake Conference

Center, 151 West Galbraith Rd., Cincinnati Ohio 45216.
