Seeking-Speech Therapist In NJ

I am in desperate need of a private speech therapist who is familiar

with VB. My older child has recently begun to use his " voice " and

talk since we started a VB program in school. His private speech

therapist who is not doing VB has recently found him difficult to

manage. She has begun cancelling sessions for no explained reason.

My son also has not been receiving any speech services while at

school due to a school shortage. All these services (private and

school) are covered in his IEP-however it is not doing me any good.

He is doing well with the Kauffman cards and actually self prompts

himself when he wants to imitate but just cannot place his mouth in

proper position to achieve. His desire alone is my motivation but

also my current heartache for he finally has found some words and

there is no one to help him. If anyone can send me a lead I would be

forever grateful...I am willing to travel...
