Guest guest
Does anyone have any knowledge of services for children in Pennsylvania-- specifically Lower n, Garnet Valley and Swathmore? I have heard of the wraparound services and wondered if these are home based and whether there is a waiting list?? Also, are there any schools for children with autism that are based on ABA/VB?? Thanks for any information you can provide.
Guest guest
PA is currently in teh process of trying to get all of its BSC's in wrap around certified. This has taken awhile to do and still is not complete. Wrap around varies by providers. I would suggest taht you might want to look into Devereux CARES program, Devereux's Wrap Around Program in Philadelphia, or contact Bancroft in New Jersey. In addition, most of the Intermediate Units have Behavior SPecialist's who are certified. Fanilly, Temple University has a behavior analysis program run by Dr. Axelrod- 1-215-204-6060. He can probably point you in the direction of former students who could be helpful. We are currently trying to develop a section on the www.behavior-analyst-online.org website for Dr. Axelrod for Temple's group.
